    I have purchased pro theme. I’m trying to update; I’ve installed the Catch Web Tools theme to assist, but I’m still getting an error message. Thank you for your recommendations.

    @lindenwoodpark: Hello Greg,
    To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

    Hi. We need to update our Pro theme; I have used the built-in customizer for the theme for colors, etc. I have not edited the code; do I still need to create a child theme? I am worried that if I update our theme, the settings will be lost. Thanks in advance for your help.

    @lindenwoodpark: Hello Greg,
    You need to create a child theme files only if you are editing o any code of the theme files or adding anything to code to the files. If you are only using the options available in the customizer you need not create a child theme. Now you can get automatic updates for out pro themes. For one purchase you will get automatic updates for one site. For more information please read this article.
