Hi there,

I am using the latest catch box pro and have a child theme of it to protect my customizations.

My problem is:

1. I cannot have the audio players work through the built-in WordPress audio player shortcode and clammr player audio plugin shortcode.

2. The audio players simply don’t show up.

3. A developer had a look and found out that the theme I am currently using (Catch box pro) causes this issue.

4. We have tried to switch to another theme to prove it and the audio players all show up. So this is really a theme issue.

5. He said that it’s because of some quote ” signs of the theme uses or something similar to that.

So I need an urgent help to have my audio players work as it is really important for a project to be delivered this weekend.

We may try to use it in another site by producing same scenarios to see if it’s general theme related issue or my customization.
Here is an example. This site has 2017 theme installed and an audio player with the clammr audio player shortcode.

In my side WordPress audio player show correctly witch the awesome Catchbox Pro without any problem. I think it’s a problem on your side. Something like plugins conflicts. Also the clammr plugin is out of date since this plugin is not updated in the last 2 years. It’s not recommended to install outdated plugins.

@salihkn : I don’t seem to find any issue on your site. The audio player is working fine. You may check the screen shot of the audio player as it appears at my end.

There is no any issue with the theme as mention by @skynet, Please try deactivating all plugins and follow this link to know more about plugin conflict with our themes. Than you @skynet for the reply.

I have fixed the issue by installing the theme from scratch. I can confirm that a misconfiguration caused this.
