Hello,
Firstly, let me thank you for a wonderful theme.
I have recently had a performance evaluation completed on my server and it highlighted an issue that refers to the Catch Box theme which I use on one of my sites:
+ Fatal Errors
Severity: High
Issue: We detected fatal errors in some of your domain’s error logs. Fatal errors can not only cause issues with site accessibility, but can also affect other sites on your server by causing bottlenecks in Apache/MySQL. The following domains had fatal errors in their most recent error logs. The number at the beginning of the line indicates the number of times this error occurred:
20 [warn] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in /var/www/vhosts/***/httpdocs/wp-content/themes/catch-box/index.php on line 15
Of course I do not know for certain that Catch Box is the cause but since it is referenced it would seem appropriate to start looking here. Could you please advise?
December 14, 2014 at 11:48 pm #48855SakinKeymaster@alhaarth: This is really strange as
get_header()
is the WordPress core function and cannot be undefined functions. Which version of Catch Box and WordPress are you using it. If you are using older version then updating might solve this issue.December 14, 2014 at 11:59 pm #48857alhaarthParticipantHello and thank you for your quick response.
I am using the latest available versions of each, WordPress 4.0.1 and Catch Box 3.2

I suspect this is probably not directly an issue with the theme but is it possible these dates coincide with updates?
