    Hello all,

    Configuration :
    WordPress 4.8 – theme Catch Box Pro

    I just installed this theme and I have empty page when I try to customize it.
    Only menus page is accessible.
    I firstly instal theme with “add theme…” procedure and then with ftp procedure : same issue
    Can someone help me please ?

    @infonet: Please try disabling all plugins if you have installed any plugins. Please post in your site URl as well.

    Thanks Tikaram for you quick reply.
    I disabled all plugins and retrieved theme’s customize possibility 🙂
    I enabled, one by one, each plugin and “customize” was still available.
    Only one of them, “Custom sidebars” created an issue, it seems to be not compatible with catchbox pro.
