Thanks, Sakin. I did all that and successfully uploaded the new version. But when I activate it, I lose my header, background, menu arrangement, etc. Is there a way to update without having to redo everything?

WillParticipantHi Sakin–
Here’s the url for the post that has a video at the end. I’d like to format the video so it is smaller in size (and also so it starts at a particular point).

Thanks.
WillParticipantWhat size do you consider optimal?
Thanks
WillParticipantHi
These css code suggestions answer many of my similar questions about the fixed top menu. But I’d also like to change the background of the dropdown/secondary menus coming off the fixed top menu items. Currently they’re semitransparent black. I’d like them to be the same as the dropdown items off the primary menu.
Also, is there a way to right justify the fixed top menu items so they align in the same way as the primary menu items? (not all the way to the left but aligned with the first content column’s left edge).
Thanks.
WillParticipantI may not be understanding. The main menu background shades toward a slightly lighter color along its upper border. I can adjust the menu background color in Theme Options => Color Options, but I don’t see a way to eliminate this gradient shading.
My site is MindfulBiology.org, if you want to take a look.
Thanks!
WillParticipantExcellent! The prompt responses are really helpful. I’m just getting my site set up and will quit bugging you soon. One more question for now: is there code that would remove the gradient shading from the main menu bar?
Thanks!
WillParticipantThanks! Please also give me code to remove the similar stuff at the bottom of each post:
