No I did not.
I explain.
The bike club has a website on http://www.toerfietsleusden.nl. That website has been built in twenty ten, about six or seven years ago. Now we want toe have a more up to date website. I prepare this one on my own domain: Hagmeijer.nl. This is to prevent disturbing the website: toerfietsleusden.nl
After finishing I move the website to toerfietsleusden.nl
If you go to Hagmeijer.nl and login with my credentials, you will see the website.

If it is better, I will move the website to ontwikkel.toerfietsleusden.nl. That is a sub domain of toerfietsleusden.nl.

Hi Skandha,

I tried both.
AT first you can see the result of positioning in the header right section on http://www.Hagmeijer.nl. I could not attach an image to this answer.
You can see the social icons are now under the site identity and that is not beautiful I should like to have them on the same height as the logo and the menu.

Second I made a social icons menu. Problem hereby is that it is not possible to add an email address. WordPress does not accept an email adres as a social link.

One more remark: It is also a good solution to have the social icons next to the header right menu. I also haven’t a solution for that.

Thank you for answering, but this did not solve my issue.
The issue was that -if it is possible- I should like to set te social icons in the footer next to the copyright content (the footer content). I did what you suggested, but now the social icons are above the footer part containing the footer content). You can see what I mean in my domain: Hagmeijer.nl
