@tomdkat: You will need to upload the Pro theme and activate it without removing the free theme. The setting from the free theme will be automatically copied on your Pro theme. If you face any issues upgrading from free to Pro please let me know. You may follow the following link to know more about upgrading your theme.

@edufour: Please make sure that you have activated the Pro version of the theme on your site. You will need to upload and activate the Pro version of the theme. Let me know if you are having issues activating the Pro version of the theme. Please post in your site URL as well.

@collecticon: While customizing your site make sure that you are on the Homepage/FrontPage of your site and not on other pages. Let me know if you are still having issue customizing header video. Please post in your site URL as well.

@anna-apollonia: The Portfolios can be enabled either on homepage or entire site as desired. The portfolio option is already available in the theme so you can make use of it instead of Jetpack. You can easily change the footer text from footer editor option from the customizer in the Pro version of the theme. I checked your site and it looks like you are using the free version of the theme. Let me know if you have any other theme related issues.

Hello @galileon: Crate an account with the same email address that you have used while buying a theme and you will get access to download your theme files from my-account page. If you still do no have access to download the theme let me know.

@nairbnoslo: You will need to change the header image. The image itself is taking more space as there is lot of space below the text of your image. Crop your header image covering the whole text and not allowing space below the image.
Check you header image for reference.

@troffel: Since your site has been using a very older version of the theme, I cannot exactly let you know the issues that you will have on your site. I recommend you to update your theme to latest version. If you have issues after update I will help you fix the issues if they are theme related.
