The button will link to the particular page that you have selected in the slider. The option to change the text of the slider is not available in the free version of the theme. @delta : Please make sure that you have the latest version of the WordPress
Login to your WordPress admin section.
Go to Appearance => Editor
Basically you will be editing the Front Page. Click on the drop down icon next to Front Page

Click on Browse all Templates. You will find a list of available templates
Next Click on single. The single template will load and click on the header image part.

Now you may click on Add Media and select the option as desired and save.

@aawmd : The option to have different header image on different pages is available only in the Pro Version of the theme. I suggest you to upgrade to PhotoFocus Pro to use this feature.
Regarding the mobile menu and even the desktop menu I suggest you to crop the logo and upload a smaller size logo as it is taking a huge space below and above the logo. The menu items are pushed down due to the bigger size logo. Please try changing the size of the logo and adjust the position of the menu items as desired. Let me know if you have any other theme related issues.
