@edlefkowicz : To change the menu type to hamburger menu . Login to your WordPress admin section.
Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Menu Options
Under Menu Style: Select Modern, Next Go to
Appearance => Customize => Theme Options =>Header Options
Under Header Style : Select Horizontal One or Horizontal Two(Absolute Header) as desired and click on publish.Regards,

.custom-logo { max-width: 120px; }
Regarding the featured image : Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Customize => Header Media
Under Enable on : Select Entire Site, Page/Post Featured Image and click on publish.Let me know if this helps you out.

TikaramtikaramParticipant@ujesko : You are supposed to create a child theme before customizing the site so that the customization are saved under the child theme. If you customize the site first and add the child theme later you will need to manually update the sections again. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

TikaramtikaramParticipant@anoukhospes : Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Pages and select the page that is used as Gallery and edit the page.
In the page editor Select the Gallery block and click on edit icon. While editing Gallery Under Gallery Settings
Locate size and select size as Full size. You can select the number of columns as desired. Update the Gallery after making changes to your Gallery and check your site on mobile as well.
