@lizzie: Resetting all the customization option to default will remove all your customization and it will roll back all your setting to the default one. Sorry to say that You will need to do your customization again to get back your site as previous one. Do not click on resetting all options when you have made your customization from theme options.

If you would like to change the width and height of featured sliders and featured content then you will need to use slider type as “Image” from the customizer.
Please use header size as specified in theme instructions.

You may check the demo of the site which is perfectly responsive. Please remove all the unnecessary css from the customizer and keep only what is required.
