    Hi,
    I’m using Adventurous Pro.
    It seems impossible to have two different contact forms on the same page. If I put twice the same code they appear, but when I put a slightly different code, the 2nd form doesn’t appear. I’ using the JetPack contact form that doesn’t allow this.
    Do you know another plugin that can do this ?

    @schlomi : It looks like it doesn’t allows two different forms. You may post this issue in Jetpack support as well. Have you tried using Contact form 7 plugin. Alternatively, you can create two different pages and create different forms in two pages. Let me know if you need further assistance.
