Participant@nanaya: The recommended size for header image is 1920*1080px but you have uploaded an image of a low dimension than the recommended size. So the image is not scaling properly when you reduce the screen size. You can check out the theme-instructions for more information. Please try uploading an image close to the recommended header image size.

Participant@vraba: You cannot update pro themes like the way you update free themes. You’ll need to first download the theme from https://catchthemes.com/my-account/page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/
Please check the tutorial video in the link below:

Participant@jamesmillerlifeology: When you purchase a premium theme you get an initial 1 year subscription which means that you can download the updates until a year of purchase date. However, after one year, you will have to renew your subscription manually for the new updates. Since you purchased the theme on April 3rd 2017 your 1 year subscription has expired. Now you will have to renew your subscription manually for the new updates.
Let me know if you have anymore issues.

Participant@hjamaa: Hello there, to redirect the slider image thumbnail to the slider image page you will need to customize your site using a child theme and is not possible by adding some additional CSS code. If you are comfortable with child theme customization then let me know otherwise I suggest you to hire a customizer.

SkandhaSkandha
Participant@sandysandybalascak-com: Can you activate the child theme and elaborate the issues you are having with the child theme? Also let me know the plugin you used to create a child theme?

Participant@sr15673: First of all you will need to create a child theme. For that you can use the Generate Child Theme Plugin. Activate and use this plugin to create a child theme of your Clean Education Pro Theme.
After creating the child theme, go to the child theme folder and open functions.php file and add the following
code.add_post_type_support( 'page', 'excerpt' );After adding the above code you will find the excerpt check box option in the Screen Options when you go to Edit a Page.
Then you can check the excerpt option and you will find an excerpt text area below the page content.
There you can put in the text you want to display as excerpt for the page. This way you can achieve different excerpt length or text for different page.
Let me know if you have any doubts regarding this.

Participant@historiegeuldal: You will need to fill the box with #post-ids. You can use Catch ID’s plugin to display ids of posts. After activating this plugin you will be able to see post-ids when you Go to => Dashboard => Posts.
You will need to insert those ids in the Featured Post # 1, # 2 and so on.Let me know if this solves the issue.
