Hello Team,

Could you please help me in adding contact form in our ‘contact’ page.

I have installed plugin ‘contact form 7’ but I have no idea how to add this in our page.

@tmurthy: Go to => Dashboard => Contact => Add new => You will see a predefined sample form. All you need to do is edit the form with your requirement. Once you’re done creating a form save it. You will get a shortcode below the contact form title as soon as you save the form. You can paste that shortcode to post or pages where you want to display the contact form.

Let me know if you still have problems creating a form. I will guide you.

Hello Team,

I have added a contact form this using this method to our test site, and want to also add in a checkbox (not on the home page but all other pages, in the primary sidebar).
Everything displays ok except the checkbox itself – I haven’t been able to find out what the issue is.
Cannot see the checkbox in any browser.

@katydee53: Go to => Dashboard => Contact => Open your contact form and add the following code for check boxes.

[checkbox checkbox-53 "hello" "goodbye"]

Replace the hello and goodbye text with the checkbox field. Likewise you can add more fields but make sure to put them inside double quotes.
