.mobile-menu-anchor a.genericon-menu, .mobile-menu-anchor a.genericon-menu:hover {
      color:red;
}

You can change the color according to your choice.

@evdel: You don’t seem to have enabled Featured Slider on your site. Please enable Featured Slider so that I can help you change the font on header image same as that of sub title of the slider.

You can see the font used on featured slider using the Inspect Element tool of your browser.

@hoiung: I’m afraid we don’t perform compatibility test of page builder plugins with our themes. So we don’t officially support page builder plugins like Elementor. You will need to find an alternative plugin or method to resolve the issue.

@joma5662: You can use the Header Media for this purpose. Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Select a Header Image

To have the menu transparent you will need to get your site customized.
