You cannot import your cutomizer setting file of free theme to the pro version of the theme.
When you upgrade to pro all the customizer settings should automatically be retained in the pro version.

What you can do is leave the plugins which are very crucial for your site activated and deactivate all other plugins and see if the issue gets resolved.

Also Can you check if the issue occur only on Chrome on Mac or even Safari and other browsers?

The testimonial feature is available in the customizer in Solid Construction Theme but not in Catch Flames Theme. So in order to implement testimonial in Catch Flames you will need to make use of testimonial short code and place theme on any post/page where you want the testimonial section. For instruction regarding testimonial short code follow this link.

For the free vs pro version feature of our themes you can click on compare tab of the theme link. For Catch Flames it is https://catchthemes.com/themes/catch-flames/#compare.

Updating pro theme is not possible with the default function of WordPress that is the reason we have developed the plugin Catch Web Tools using which you can update pro themes. It is not possible to know if a client has subscribed to the pro version using default WordPress feature so a plugin is used instead.

Go to => Child Theme Folder => style.css
change the text Template: catch-fullscreen with Template: catch-fullscreen-pro or with name of the pro theme folder.

This should retain all your child theme customization to the pro version of the theme.
