1. Yes that is possible.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code./* For team member Odette Jansen */ .page-id-305 .custom-header::before { background-image: url( https://new.yourmeetingexperts.nl/wp-content/uploads/cropped-home-2-co-expert-scaled-1.jpg); } /* For team member Yvonne van Oosterom */ .page-id-314 .custom-header::before { background-image: url( https://new.yourmeetingexperts.nl/wp-content/uploads/cropped-home-2-co-expert-scaled-1.jpg); } /* For team member Renée de Winter */ .page-id-321 .custom-header::before { background-image: url( https://new.yourmeetingexperts.nl/wp-content/uploads/cropped-home-2-co-expert-scaled-1.jpg); }You will need to replace the URL with the URL of the image of your choice.
2. For that you will need to use the Custom Type Team option.

Participant@jbrogaard: Hello there,
You seemed to have center aligned the Site title and description and then primary menu below it. May be aligning the site title and description and the menu in a single line like in the demo will solve your issue as you have a lot of text in the header image.Kind Regards,

Participant@five-birds: Hello Dirk,
You will need to copy the Languages folder from your parent theme to the child theme. Once you copy the languages folder to child theme your translations won’t be lost even after theme udpated.Let me know if the translations are working fine.
