I am so mad at myself! I went through the tutorial successfully, but then realized I had updated the wrong site. instead of http://www.claudiaroseseries.com I updated http://www.sheilalowe.com
How can I return to the former theme?

Yes, after several hours or trying, I was able to finally download the update. Thank you.

I never received a subscription renewal notice, but I have just paid the fee and received a confirmation from PayPal and from your website. But when I click on the link to download the update for Catch Responsive Pro, it just takes me back to the pay page. This is getting really frustrating!

“An error occurred while updating Catch Responsive Pro: Update package not available.”

I don’t want to upload a new image. I love the image. I want it to not have the text that’s over the current image, that’s all. I’m getting frustrated enough to abandon this project. Apparently, I just don’t know enough.

I didn’t read until later that you were affected by the earthquake. I’m so sorry, as I know they are terrifying. The biggest I have experienced was 6.9, and I don’t even want to imagine what you’re going through.

Hopefully, I can figure out how to remove the theme.

I purchased Catch Responsive Pro 3 days ago, but I installed it on the wrong site. I want to de-activate it and activate it on the correct site. I’ve emailed your sales dept twice and have no response. I’m very frustrated and upset. I like this theme and want to use it, but am not interested in buying the same theme twice.
How do I get some kind of support?
