Keymaster@Madeline: Looks like you have customize the theme. As This theme only takes Post ID for the Featured Post Slider. There is problem with your permalinks in the customization your have made. So, need details about your customization. You can contact me at support[at]catchthemes[dot]com

Keymaster@wul: I don’t get it what you mean. Catch Everest theme is designed to various screen sizes. So, in which size you are talking about. Can you send me the screenshot with explanation.

Keymaster@marcmaroc: Do you mean the title “Our Berber monkey” in the page http://www.fhh-sos-animaux.com/?page_id=725&lang=en
Why don’t you just hide with the help of CSS. You can just add the following CSS to hide the page title in “Custom CSS” box in your Theme Options panel.
.page .entry-title { display: none; }Sakin
Keymaster@projectb36: This seems little strange. You mean that you were able to add the Featured Post Slider and then after sometime it get disappeared. Can you send me your site URL so that I can check in.

Keymaster@TJBraatveit: Ok I will try to answer your long query as far as possible.
1) For Search Text “enter keyword” that you can change it through “Appearance => Theme Options => Theme Settings => Search Text Settings”.
2) For the menu item. We are using Custom Menu feature of WordPress itself. So, this thing if you don’t like it then maybe report to WordPress Core. But I think the menu should be made clickable as sometime, people might use page breaks and page numbers. I think this is just your own opinion.
3) I don’t get this what you mean. Also I would like to tell you that is proper planed and maintained theme. Also we have carefully drafted all the H1 tags.
4) Yes, we need to make both the logo and the Site Name link as sometime, people only keep logo without the site name and vice verse.
5) I don’t understand why tagline shoudn’t be coded as H2.
6) Yes we are in the process of modifying this soon.
7) We will think about this.

Keymaster@Twonk: It is showing fine, I just check our site comment in http://gametwonk.com/pc-game-reviews/stone-quarry-simulator-review/ . Maybe that was just a cache issue.

Keymaster@dhedley: This is little strange. We haven’t encounter problem like this before. Can you try with different browser like Firefox or chrome and see what happens.

Keymaster@robx: In Simple Catch Free theme you can exclude the Slider post only in Frontpage/Homepage. Through Appearance => Theme Options => Featured Post Slider => Add Slider Options. Just check Exclude Slider post from Home page posts and save.

Keymaster@tinydream: Catch Everest Theme don’t have Featured Image Slider option. It only have Featured Post slider. So the slider has to be post. Sorry for the limitation.

KeymasterYes your code is good. you can just add that
#content { background: url("images/fish-net.jpg");But then you have to upload the image in the image folder in the theme. Can you show me your site and your image URL.

KeymasterHi Jason,
It’s great that it worked for you. Sorry to all if the theme instruction is not so clear. We are working on to make it better.

Keymaster@mwjohnston1: There is not sidebar option for this theme. So, it will how in all pages. For the Facebook like, I see that your site is showing 16 People images. Maybe it will show more once you have more likes. Maybe, you can add this question in Jetpack plugin support.

Keymaster@skweekah: You just need to add the Post ID not the whole link. For example: If you want the post http://www.cityofcanterbury.nsw.gov.au/wordpress/?p=74 in your Featured Post Slider. Then you need to add only 74 in the Featured Slider Post #1 field.
Sakin
Keymaster@wul: Your site looks great. Yes, we as a team in Catch Themes work in both design and development.
I will check in more details about the user guide.
You have enable Featured Post Slider for Entire Site. Why don’t you select only for the Homepage in Slider Options. This will make the slider show only in the homepage and your visitor will not have to scroll down to see the picture.
Yes, that a lot for your appreciation. We are really happy with all our theme and trying our best to give you all more and more beautiful themes.

Keymaster@web-automobile: If you directly edit the theme core file then it will be difficult to do the updates. So, if you want to change any functions then build child theme and work on there.

Keymaster@mwjohnston1: Jetpack is By Automattic, the company behind WordPress. See this link http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/jetpack/
After you install the Jetpack plugin. You will get the Facebook Widget which you can add it in your sidebar.
