I would like to add a “Join Our Email List” widget and just wondered if any of the ones offered as WP plugins are better for use with Catch Box than others? (Mailjet, WPNewsman Lite..)

Please advise.

I can’t endorse any plugin not enough experience.  After spending some time looking around I ended up with Newsletter Manager.  Sign up is on the bottom of my start page – just looks like a simple sign up form.  The program has subscription check and unsubscribe features.  Many people downloaded it.

@Sakin: Excuse me, but is your response meant to be to my question as well?  I can certainly look at the WP reviews. I was just trying to find out if you have discovered any that do NOT work well with your theme. Please advise. Thank you.

@mwjohnston1: There are lot of plugins and we haven’t tested with each one. We have used the best practices and followed the WordPress Theme Review guideline while developing the Theme. So, I guess our theme will work on most of the standard plugins.

Try Feedburner. That’s the only one have I’ve used and it seemed to work fine. Keep in mind if your going to be mailing people with the list you put together that you may want to have them opt in.
