@Michaela: when you insert the image in your page content, you can alight it center. Then, your image will always be center and text will be below. There is no other option, your option to clear is also fine or you can start with new paragraph text code.

So, just go to “Appearance => Widget” and check in “2. Catch Kathmandu: Advertisement” in your sidebar. Where you need to check “Image Url”.
