Hello Support, could someone tell me in which folder my own sliders should be in the child-theme to prevent my sliders from being overwritten by your theme sliders during an update? thank you

@marebos: All your files in child theme will be safe as the update doesn’t overwrite child theme. It only overwrites the original theme file. So, you can add it anywhere in your child theme.
