What its mean?

A new version is available for the following themes. Select the ones you want to update and click “Update Themes”.Note: Any customizations you make to the theme files will be lost. Consider using child themes for editing.

 

Mean that I can lost everything which i created? Blocks? Patterns?

I have more than 30 my patterns created from your “Featured Content Default” locked pattern
and another 20 patterns which are part of template on main page & internal !!!
Couples of Navigation menus and my footers patterns…
All colors and typos customazed…
Page template customazed…

What i can lost? Why this horrible messagge?

@barbarossa : If you have made changes directly to the theme files or edited them directly, those changes will be lost. However, customizations made through the editor will not be affected by a theme update. It is recommended to keep a backup so that you can restore your changes if they are lost during the update. Let me know if you have any more questions.
