    Hi,
    I was given a copy of Catch Evolution Pro after I helped translating the website into Italian (by the way, do you need more help with that?), but I can’t update it (WordPress does give me the option to update the free theme).
    I’m using version 2.1.

    Thank you for your contribution. We are glad that you want to help more on that. Translation to italian is about 84% completed. We do need your help to make it 100%. 🙂
    For updating Pro version, we recommend you to use Catch Updater Plugin.

    I’m having two problems.
    1- It seems like I don’t have access to the translating website anymore.
    2- I was given the file for the theme, so I can’t download the newest version from the website.

    Sorry for the late reply, what seems to be the problem, what do you mean, you don’t have access to translating website? please clarify.
    And where did you get the file for the theme?

    Not sure about the site, my login simply doesn’t work anymore and my account seems to have been removed, probably for inactivity.
    The theme was sent to me by email.

    @gio: Yes, please contact sales directly at https://catchthemes.com/contact-us/ . I check in your account and I don’t see any active subscription. When did you purchase the theme. You can access the theme only for 1 year after the purchase. After a year, you can either keep the version you have in your site and disable update or you need to re-purchase to get access to update.
