    Hello,

    Having the same issue as this post: https://catchthemes.com/support-forum/topic/the-text-undefined-appears-below-contact-form-tags/

    I am using the Chique free theme, and have isolated the problem to being caused by the Chique theme.

    Here is the form:  https://timb179.sg-host.com/careers-new/

    Only some fields are affected, but I have not been able to figure out why.

    Any help is appreciated!

    @techsteward : Thank you for using Chique theme. Can you please try switching to default WordPress theme for testing purpose. If the issue still persists after switching to other themes then the issue could be caused by the plugin itself. If the issues disappears after changing the theme please let me know I will check for the issue and provide you the fix.

    Thank you, I had already done that testing.  The problem does not persist when switching to default theme.

    I had also already de-activated all the other plugins, which did not help.  So pretty sure it’s theme-related only.

    I have updated the theme (now it’s a 1.6.2), and purged cache, but the problem still seems to be persisting – https://timb179.sg-host.com/careers-new/

    I am using a child theme as well, could that be part of the problem?

    It looks like a js cache issue, we have updated the theme to version 1.6.3, please update and check it.

    I appreciate you persisting with this.

    I have updated to 1.6.3, purged cache – same result.

    I also updated other plugins, but that did not help either.

    The “undefined” text still shows up in the same places.

    Would it help to have a temporary admin login to this site?

    Thanks for your help Sakin.

    It turns out that I was loading JS in my child theme (don’t remember the reason anymore), but that was causing the issue.  Once I removed it, the “undefined” artifacts disappeared from the Contact Form 7 form.

    Many thanks again!  Hopefully this helps someone else.
