Hi There,

I have recently paid the annual fee and I can not get the theme to validate the licence key this time. I’m trying to validate the key that is on my Catch Themes account. Any ideas?

Hi Sakin,

Here is a screen shot of the licence box showing the site licence key (sent via email) is inactive even after clicking the Activate Licence button and saving the changes. It’s the same licence key from the last time I renewed. The site is https now could this be the reason?

I have recently bought the pro version and recived a liscene key. However I looked at the instruction to acivate it on the site and there is no activate liscene button in the about themes as stated in the instructions. The website was created with the free version but needed to customize a lot and update with the key. Not sure what to do.

I have the same sort of issue with renewing my license for Photo Journal Pro, it asks me to add the licence key i want to renew (which has always been the same since 2020) but it isn’t recognized… My theme expired in January and I only just noticed. I have renewed 3 times in the past with no problem…
