Hi,

The transition of the the images in the featured slider on my homepage is a bit too abrupt to my taste.
The options mentioned in the FAQ – Transition effect and Transition length – are not visible under Theme options / Featured Slider, the only thing I can set there is Transition timeout, being the time of presence of a picture in seconds.
How can I make the transition speed slightly slower, to make the transition look more smooth?

@paulospotonlichtontwerp-nl: Yes you are right. The theme options doesn’t have transition speed option in the featured slider section as mentioned. I will inform the development team regarding the issue and let you know soon. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Strange because I can do it, and you colleague told me it was solved with last update, I did so and it works fine.

@Tikaram: yes please. Keep me posted when this option will come available, my theme version is 1.4.1. And please check with Bastien how it has been solved on his website.

@paulospotonlichtontwerp-nl: Please update to the latest version of the theme. The latest version is 1.4.6 (Released: April 27, 2020). Let me know if you have any issues updating the latest version of the theme.

Will all the settings of my website remain the same when updating the theme or is there a chance of losing information in the process?
In the latter case: what is the safest way to update and not lose data: the one click update as mentioned in the FAQ or the manual update?

Hi Tikaram,

The one click option didn’t work but I succeeded updating the theme using the catch web tools plugin.
The new theme includes a transition speed option.
