    Hi There

Since the last WordPress update on Friday the theme customizer is not working on Clean Education Pro.

I have already tried deactivating and reactivating my plugins one by one – but this didn’t work.

I also contacted my host to confirm they were running the right php version (which they are). They also couldn’t find anything on their side to be causing this.

I then deleted and replaced the Clean Education Pro theme and made sure it is the latest version – but this did not work.

When I try another theme such as the default WordPress ones – then I can use the customizer normally.

So this does seem to be a problem with the theme.

    Pleaser advise asap.

    Kind regards

    Loz

In addition to my last ticket this error message may help – it appears there is a memory leak in the theme:

[Mon Feb 12 06:11:53.507977 2018] [lsapi:error] [pid 32645:tid 140282619389696] [client 208.100.3.216:51543] [host http://www.contentchampion.com] Backend fatal error: PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20480 bytes) in /home/content/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 449\n, referer: https://www.contentchampion.com/wp-admin/themes.php

@contentchampion : You have mentioned that you have deactivated plugins one by one but I suggest you to deactivate all plugins and follow this link to know more about plugin conflict with our themes.

    Hi Tikaram

Here’s where I am with this now:

Clean Education Pro theme activated + zero plugins activated = customiser does not work

Default WordPress theme activated + zero plugins activated = customiser does work

My host has the right php version running so this must surely be a theme error?

    Kind regards

    Loz
