Hello, friends.

I’m having trouble with my testimonials. What I would like to do is have the excerpt, then the author of the testimonial, and after that, his/her credentials; I.E.:

“He’s the best person ever on the face of anything.” << Quote
Vince Lombardi << Author
Manager of something or other << Credentials

Is there a way to do this? The answer is probably simple, and you are free to laugh at me if you want.

The order you mentioned is the same way it should shows up. Please take the demo as reference and let me know what you would like to change to the testimonial in the demo.

@unamimedia: Hello Andrew,
The Testimonial you see in the demo is using the Customizer options and not via shortcode.
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Theme Options => Testimonials for Testimonials option.

Hi, Skandha.

I’m sorry it took so long to get back. I have a daughter and a pandemic to deal with! 🙂

So, I built a testimonial and the name is all that comes up. There doesn’t seem to be an area where I can add the credentials (for each customer in the testimonials plugin).

What I am trying to do is have the name (“Brian McClung” and beneath it, his credentials in a lower hierarchy paragraph style like the demo page has.)

Here is a screenshot from my page. Please compare it to the demo testimonial on the Catch Theme to see what I mean.
