But I use Header Image in all of my Posts, and the recommended size of Header Image is 1920*822px.
Really om mobile that’s OK. It’s cropped but not enlarged.
I can’t understand why photo increases (gets closer) on the computer?
In demo you are using Image size 1083*542 for Blog. Should I use the same size?
Thank you in advance!September 18, 2018 at 1:07 pm #154272
And if I use Image size 533*533 it looks the same:September 23, 2018 at 11:38 am #154750September 26, 2018 at 4:21 am #154963
@svguitar: I don’t think that you can do much about this. The image will get cropped in the archive page. I see that you seem to have tackled the issue using different method or a plugin.

Yes, I couldn’t wait anymore. But thank you anywhere!)January 11, 2019 at 4:01 am #163306paulvanhoofParticipant
I’m very curious how @svguitar solved this problem. I’m having the same problem with the corporate fotografie pro theme. The archive blog thumbs get cropped and stretched and look very unsharp. I have tried every image size and ratio (big, small, square, rectangular …).
On mobile the thumbs (square) look great, also on the blog page (full image) they are great. But on a bigger screen they are somehow zoomed in and unsharp.
