    Hi,

I just moved up from Euphony to Pro, and used Catch Web Tools to update and install the theme. But when I activate and either try to customize Euphony Pro or view Live Updates, I get an error message: “The site is experiencing technical difficulties. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”

I’ve tried reinstalling Word Press 5.2.2, and deactivating plugins that I thought might be interfering, but no luck.

I’ve checked the download on a test site running on Desktop Server, and it seems to work fine.

My site is http://www.askpang.com/, running on a hosted service.

    Thanks,
    Alex Pang

Unfortunately, the hosting service has looked through the error logs for the site, and reports they are “unable to find any entries in the log which means the system is not picking up on what is causing the error…. This appears to be a content-related error and I see nothing suggesting this is caused by the server or anything on our side.”

My hosting service doesn’t give access to the CPANEL, and I used the Catch Web tool to install the Pro version of the theme. (The free version still works fine.) If you have any other suggestions about how to get it working, I’ll be grateful.

    Thanks,
    Alex Pang
