    Using a static homepage, with recent posts on a different page. I see the message “Here you can showcase the x number of recents posts which you can control from Settings – Readings” — how do I change this message?

    @enviromantic : Go to Appearance => Customize => Theme Options -> Homepage / Frontpage Options
    Under Latest Posts Description : Add your desired text.

    @Tikaram “homepage/front page options” isn’t in my theme options. There is no where to edit “latest post description” — I’ve gone through each tab :S

    @enviromantic: The option appears when you click the blog page to appear in the customizer view. Hope this resolves your issue.
