Hello, I opened a conversation for a problem on my theme a few days ago and a person takes care of helping me by communicating with me via the forum. Today I wanted to answer him but I can’t. When I press “submit”, a boxed red message appears “Error: Your reply cannot be created at this time.”. Why is this happening?

I tried again yesterday morning on the other topic, and I was able to send the message, but the day before when I tried five/six times and it wouldn’t send. When I tried to answer this topic here, I couldn’t and I had to wait several hours afterwards to be able to send my answer. Maybe there is a delay between each message or attempt if it fails. Thank you for your answer!

If there are external suspicious links, our spam system sometimes flags them and sends them to spam even if the links are legit.  But I am checking spam and there aren’t any posts there too.  If that happens again, please try a different browser and see if the problem persists.
