My menu works fine in desktop browsers but not on my mobile (Safari and Firefox). Can anyone help?

@Leslie Thank you for this idea. I checked and this has already been enabled.

@Skandha When I test with iOS and Safari the menu appears fine at first. But when I select an item (e.g. Virtual Reality) the site simply remains on the main page. I could send you a video showing the problem if that helps!?

thanks for your fast response even on a weekend!

Here a video in which I choose different menu items. For some items like “Webinare” after selection the name is shown in the top but the website remains on (or quickly changes back to) the main page (“Start”). For other menu items the website simply remains on the main page without any visible change.

Hi, I have exactly the same issue for the menu on mobile iphone.

On Samsung/Chrome it is working.
But on iphone/Safari the menu items cannot be opened. I already enabled the secondary menu in mobile devices in the customizer.

How can I fix this error?
Can I receive the latest template version?

You seem to be using an older version of the theme. Please update the theme to the latest version and let me know if the issue is resolved.

Are you sure the newest version will solve the problem for iphone menu? Can you test it, and let me know? Than I will buy the newest version.

Can you also tell me if my changes in the child theme, will not be lost when I change it to the newest version?

Yes, the menu seems to be working fine with the latest version. Let me know if you still have issues with the menu after updating to the latest version.

The changes you have made to the child theme shouldn’t be lost unless you have made any changes to the core theme files but just to be on the safe side I suggest you to back up your theme folder.

Hi, I bought the newest version and uploaded it to the site.
The colors of the site have changed into blue.

The activated theme is still the child theme, version 4.8, and when I open the customizer, the colours are purple, but the live site is blue : https://pedicureennagelsalonmariette.nl/

What is going wrong?

When I go to Appearance – themes – and click on the child theme, the version is still 4.8. When I click on t he main theme, the version is 5.2.5 (the version I just updated to).

The child theme version does not matter as only the parent theme is updated. I checked your site and you seem to have successfully update the parent theme to version 5.2.5.

For the color issue you will need to adjust it using the Color Option in the customizer.

Hi, the colors can not be saved properly.
Especcialy the Slider colors cannot be saved. Everytime I change them into purple, they remain blue.
