    Hi,

    I would like to remove the default author box and replace it with a plugin (Fancier Author Box).

    How can I Hide the default Author Box?

    @drJK84: Just add the following CSS in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box to hide the author.
    .entry-meta .by-author { display: none; }
