I have enterprise pro 1.4 installed and renewed the liscence to 2.0. I followed the explanation at: https://catchthemes.com/faq/how-do-i-upgrade-to-a-new-theme-version-if-i-have-modified-my-theme/

I put my new activation code at ‘liscence’ in ‘about theme’. But when I hit ‘activate liscence’ it still says ‘site is inactive’.

What do I need to do…?

I think I found the problem… I have a second wordpress installation for the webshop, so I keep that separate from my main website. The webshop is situated at weylintracking.nl/winkel. Does this mean I need a second liscence for the main site…?

@jkwildlife : It looks like you have already activated the license for the webshop. The License Key is valid for only one site. For multiple sites, you will have to purchase them individually or update them individually using the FTP method. Please follow the following link for more information regarding the license.
