When I originally set up my site, I specified that the header text not be displayed with the header image. But now I do want the header text to display. I went to the header options (under appearance), and checked the box at the bottom to that says “show header text with your image.” I also made sure that the text I want to display is set as the site tag line and site title. Still, the text is not showing up above the header image. What am I doing wrong. My skill level is reasonably low, but this seems like it should be a no-brainer.
@ChmsAdmin: I need your site URL to check in details. Are you using Catch Evolution Free Theme?
There is 2 places that you need to check in if you have disable your Site Title and Tagline.
1. First, go to “Appearance => Header” and then make sure you have checked in “Show header text with your image.”
2. Second, go to “Appearance => Theme Options => Header Options” and make sire you have un-checked “Disable Site Title” and “Disable Site Description (Tagline)”
Sorry. The site is montessoriofarlington.com. But, I was able to solve the problem with your advice. I HAD checked “disable site title” and “disable site description”. Just couldn’t remember that step. Thanks for the help.
