Hi there,
I’m having trouble with my header image on my website https://alanmusicartist.com, when displayed on a mobile device.
It’s perfect on desktop view and on some tablets, but on a mobile in normal portrait view, the header image seems to double.
The top image is fitted to the width of the display, but then repeats as a second layer much bigger.

What can I do to fix this?

Hi Sapana,
For some reason my theme is not updating.
I’m sure it alerted me at the last update, which I installed, yet it appears to remain version 1.1
I have downloaded version 1.2.3 from the subscription page in my Catch Themes account, but it gave an error when trying to install it “Destination folder already exists..”
How can I force an update manually?

@alanmusicartist:To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

Hi have updated the theme now, thank you.
However, the image issue still remains.

This image is taken on my desktop (Google Chrome) after reducing the window size a little.
The same appears on mobile also.

Is there any other steps or changes to image settings I could try?

@alanmusicartist: There seems to be issue in theme, this issue will be fixed in next theme update. I will let you know after the new update is release.
