Hello,

I know how to set a featured image to be shared with a post or page.

My homepage is a list of recent posts.

How do I set the featured image for my homepage?

I have spent over an hour searching Appearance/Customise and the Internet and Support Forums for how to do this.

I want to set the image that is shared when I share http://www.myhomepage.com

(Website is http://www.thechurning.net)

Update:
I have found a way to force this using Yoast plugin.

If you know a way to set it in Catch Evolution that would be helpful also.

(The new image works for Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, but is NOT being picked up by Google+ )

@finnjackson : Please download and activate Catch Web Tools Plugin
Click on Open Graph.
First Enable Open Graph Module then
Under Default settings upload a default image and save changes.
Let me know if this resolves your issue.

As I said, I had already achieved this using Yoast. But thanks for the plugin. I’ve installed it and will try it as a first line of defence with any future issues.
