(My initial post here disappeared, so repeating what I wrote)
You will see that I submitted the same issue here 11 months ago. The issue persists. I wonder if it is related to SiteOrigin which is set as default for the site… and similar to the issue I have posted in the ‘Solid Construction’ forum.
If the most recent post published includes a feature image, it consistently shows both the post image AND the Feature image on the front end. (This only happens for the most recently published post).
I don’t leave the duplication, but edit the post to remove the feature image.
Once there is a newer post placed above it the duplication for the earlier post disappears, but NOW the previous post has NO image since I had to remove the featured one to have it display properly. Which is a pain.
Screen shots below. The image is quite large for this post so I reduced the screen size so it shows better.
We are looking into Solid Construction and Vogue for the issues with Site Origin plugin. We’ve checked in our local server but everything is fine.
Please try clearing cache and disable other plugins as well. If you still have the same issue, then let me know and will contact you through email. Thank you.
Regards,
Sujeet
