I want to have a header image on my homepage and no header image on posts page. When I select header image only on homepage/frontpage my archive page shows a black squqre with Archive written as page title.
How can I individually change the header/featured image on each page?

@plittler: Hello there,
Go to => Appearance => Customize => Header Media => Enable On => Select Entire Site Page/Post Featured Image and Publish.

This will make the Featured Image on each page/post display as the Header Image.
