I’m trying to install this theme. Following the instructions, when I go to the Customize page, it’s blank.

Switching to other themes, I can access all the options. Any idea where I’m going wrong?

I deleted the original theme files from the host, re-downloaded the theme from your website, uploaded the new files by FTP to the host, activated the theme using the new files. Same result – can’t customize.

Please try to deactivate all the plugins and check if this resolves the issue.
