hello, I created a child theme for izabel pro because I have to update the theme. I created the child with siteground but looking at the preview of the child, there are many things to reset, is it normal?
instead on the current topic the background of the newsletter changed me and even if I try to change it it doesn’t work.
what should i do?

@giro: Try creating the child theme using our free plugin Generate Child Theme. . Let me know if you have any issues after generating the child theme.

my question is not about the creation on child theme, because i already have one. I also tried to download the plugin anyway but when I activate the child theme it is still all to be reset. (it is not a real copy)

regarding the theme that I have active, the background color of the newsletter remains the default. on customize color you can save, but then it appears always the same.

even the menu, the writings are gray and no longer black as before. how do i solve?

@giro: Can you please explain in detail about the issue. I don’t think you will need to reset anything. You have asked “it is not a real copy” Can you please clarify it and it seems like you have disabled the right click option on your site which is not allowing me to inspect the elements of your site to find out the issue. Please explain clearly and enable the right click option so that I can test the issue.

I have enabled the right button for inspection, sorry. I was able to reset all the changes in the child theme as the original theme. But now I have another problem: the background of the newsletter has changed and even if I try to change it or to personalize color, it doesn’t change it.
in addition the menu titles now are gray, but before they were black.
how do i solve the problems?

Then I get out also the notice is on the wp bulletin board:

“Your theme (Izabel-pro Child) contains obsolete copies of some WooCommerce model files. You may need to update these files to ensure compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce. Correction Tips:
Update your theme to the latest version. If no update is available, contact the author of the topic asking for information on compatibility with the current version of WooCommerce.
If you copied a template file to edit something, then you will need to copy the new version of the model and reapply the changes.”
how can i do it?

I also can’t update the theme izabel pro 1.0.1 to 1.1.1.
the warning appears to me:
“There was an error updating Izabel Pro: Update package not available.”

how can i do it?

@giro: It looks like you have used a plugin to create the Newsletter. I can provide you the additional css for the background color of the section . Please let me know your desired color.

To update pro theme you’ll need to first download the theme from your https://catchthemes.com/my-account/ page. Then install Catch Web Tools plugin and activate Catch Updater Module. https://wordpress.org/plugins/catch-web-tools/

hi, i have to update the izabel pro theme, i would like to know if what i do is correct.
I activate the child theme and update the theme through catch web tools. then active.
I would like to know if I have to create the child theme every time or just use the old one I already have?
