    I’ve changed the backgroun colour to be white which is suitable for the top half of my front page but is it possible to change the colour of the bottom half ie, below the line under my slider image on my website http://www.holidaymonkey.net

    @holidaymonkey: You can change it from Custom Background that is “Appearance => Background”
