Hallo iam rly new here and i want to change the colour oft the title on my website

the color is black and i cant read the title and undertitle good bis beacause black lines on this background looks not so good. iam using the free version so can u help pls with an css code or something like that.

@jomi: Go to Appearance => Customize => Colors
Under Header Text Color Select color as desired and save.
