    Our header media is not displaying on mobile or tablet. The video file is 5MB and displays fine on our webpage, but will not load on mobile or tablet. How can we correct this?

    @truebuilt: Hello there,
    Header Video not playing in mobile devices or devices with screen size below 900px is a default WordPress feature. To have the video show up on mobile devices please use our Header Enhancement Plugin.
