Hey there!
I’m using the catch responsive pro theme.
I didnt figure out how to make the breadcrumbs show me the entire path WITH all subpages inbetween?lets say I have a menu where all pages (I only use pages atm) are listed in.
an example:homepage -> devices -> sound -> hardware -> accessories
if I now navigate up to accessories, I only get the breadcrumb display: homepage -> accessories
thats not what I want. how to I get WP to display the entire path? (like above)
thx a lot for any help in advance 🙂

Edit every page you want to make a child and select a parent for each child page under page attribute. The page attribute box is next to the post editor. Let me know if you have any more issues.

thx a lot!!December 21, 2017 at 2:30 am #128406KMZ_FNParticipantwell… ok, almost works:
the path is now displayed, BUT, the main categories (here: rental) from the menu wont show up in the path, because their parent is the main-page (homepage).
I unfortunately cannot provide a link to the page as I’m building it local.
I’ll try to get you a glance on it:Homepage
—Rental
——Sound
———Accessories Sound
——Light
———Accessories Light
——Video
———Accessories Video
——Hardware
—Service
—About
—Contact
—Blah…..Rental is a main-top item within the main menu. (like contact, Service…)
All the menu items like Sound, Video aso are below the ‘rental’ entry.
The parent of rental just is the homepage – which unfortunately is not considered as a parent.
So if I go select a sub-point like accessories, I only get a path displayed looking like this:Homepage -> Video -> Accessories Video
The ‘Rental’-entry is missing, because there is no considered parent.
It should look like this:Homepage -> Rental -> Video -> Accessories Video
How can I define the “homepage” as a parent, which is considered for the breadcrumbs?
As ‘Homepage’ is not a page, I cannot define it as a parent.
Putting Rental underneath an ‘alibi sub-homepage’ which I could create, it would look like this:Homepage -> Homepage -> Rental -> Video -> Accessories Video
…defo no workaround for me, so how can I solve this?
any help much appreciated 🙂Cheers!
edit: when hitting ‘submit’ my post is not showing up?!
December 22, 2017 at 1:06 am #128463tikaramKeymaster@kmz_fn : The rental page needs to be the parent page for Sound, Light, Video and Hardware. Have you tried creating a Rental page and adding sound, light, video and hardware as its child. Let me know if this resolves your issues.

I was only working with the menu settings, not with page settings within the page editor, that was my fault^^cheers!
