How do I add the blog home template to my navigation menu?

I see a Blog home template but how do I activate it and link it to my navigation menu?

@edward-purvis : You can add the navigation from the Site Editor. Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Editor and add you can easily find option to edit the navigation.  Please follow this link to know more about adding navigation.
