    @kendyce :  To enable cart Login to your WordPress admin section. Go to Appearance => Customize => Additional css and add the following css.

    #primary-menu-wrapper #site-header-cart-wrapper {
     display: block;
}

    It looks like Account button has not been added in the theme. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    @kendyce : It looks like the feature to add cart icon in the top right is not available in the theme. You can add the cart icon in the top right with the help of child theme. Let me know if you are comfortable with child theme customization.
