I am using Simple Catch by Catch Themes and I have a few questions about this theme that I am using. 1) How do I shorten the navigation bar? 2) If I add a page, it’s not adding the pages in order on the navigation bar – it adds them backwards and jumbles them all up and I don’t know why it is doing this. It will not allow me to add “Home” as the static page either and puts “Home” as the third on the navigation menu and will not allow me to change.

How do I fix these two problems?

The best option to deal with menu is by building “Custom Menus” from “Appearance => Menus”. For homepage, you can get it from pages, view all in menu.

I tried to save the menu as “primary” over and over again yesterday and add the “Home”, but it just wouldn’t work. It finally worked. Must of just been a WordPress glitch, so that problem is finally solved.

I also had a problem and I need your help.
I love everything about your theme except for one issue that I am having–it’s not fully shown when browsing by Chrome. I mean, the content is too wide, how do I narrow the width of the home page??

Thanks but I already learnt the skill just now and changed the style.css and make it 1080px myself. My new question is how do I change the slider image? Cause I only see posts slider and category slider in theme options. Is there any way possible that I can upload my own pictures instead with the free theme?

@VibeEnglish: Please don’t edit style.css directly. You can add in extra style either in “Appearance => Theme Options => Custom CSS” box or by building child theme.

Free theme only have Post slider and category slier option to highlight you post. Or Image Slider you need to upgrade to pro version. But you can upload your own image in Post and Category Slider. The only different is that these images are pulled from your post Featured Image.
1. First you need to create post from “Posts => Add New” and then add Featured Image. See this screenshot http://www.pinterest.com/pin/548594798331806476/
2. Then either you can select Post Slider and add in your post ID or you can select category slider and select category. See the detail theme instructions at http://catchthemes.com/theme-instructions/catch-kathmandu/
