    Yes @skandha I stated in my original question that there are conflicts in information on website and in theme.

    1. image sizes in px listed on theme instructions state: Slider Image: Width: 1920 Height: 1080 and in theme 1040 is listed as image size. 1080 seems to be breaking something.

    2. when you look at identity slider image on my site axumcreative.com the full image is shown and on the actual page axumcreative.com/identity the “featured image” is 596×447 and does NOT display full image of 764×1040. Why does slider image show bigger image than on page? How do I fix?

    @tlazare: Hello Tony,
    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Additional CSS and add the following CSS Code.

    .boxed-layout #page, #header-content, .navigation-classic.fluid-layout .nav-search-wrap, .navigation-classic.boxed-layout .nav-search-wrap .wrapper, body:not(.navigation-classic) .menu-toggle-wrapper, body:not(.navigation-classic) .menu-inside-wrapper, body:not(.navigation-classic) #social-search-wrapper, #search-container, #sec-search-container, .main-navigation ul ul, body:not(.navigation-classic) .nav-search-wrap.main-nav-scrolled, .services-section .entry-container, .slider-content-wrapper .cycle-pager span, #sec-header-navigation-area, .promotion-section .wrapper, .testimonial-section .entry-container, .testimonial-section .cycle-prev, .testimonial-section .cycle-next, .featured-content-section .wrapper, body:not(.home).content-modern .site-content .content-box, .main-navigation ul ul, #search-container, #sec-search-container, #header-navigation-area .menu-inside-wrapper {
    	background-color:unset;
    }
    #header-content {
        background-color: #123456;
    }

    You can change the color according to your choice.

    Hello there
    I have managed to get the pause on hover working when I visit the site on Internet Explorer instead of Chrome.
    The problem with pause on hover is that site visitors dont see the slider ‘slide’ because the mouse is always on the slider when you scroll down to it. If they didn’t know it scrolled, they wouldn’t know to move their cursor away from the slider to see the next image.
    Would it be possible to have the featured slider without the pause on hover and add a pause button like the video header instead ?
    Many thanks
    Matt

    Hello

    I’m definitely running the updated theme (see below)

    = 1.4.5 (Released: March 03, 2020) =
    * Added: Pause on hover feature in Featured Slider (Requested by: @mattandwillow)

    The featured slider images do not pause on hover though.

    I wonder if its because im not using posts or featured images, im using the ‘custom’ option within the featured slider customizer..

    Hopefully you can manage to get it working for me.

    Huge thanks

    Matt

    Hello there

    I have installed the update, the changelog shows the new updated theme version but there is no pause on hover option in the featured slider section.

    Any ideas ?

    No, I´d love to have photos in my post, but they become very big (or very small) if I use the recomended sizes above! If I want to use my post as “Featured Content” I don´t want a 350 px photo in the top of my post, I want a photo in ordinary size.
    And if I´m planning to use my post in the slider, I still want a photo of ordinary size in the top of my post. Not a mega big photo.

    @heleneng: Hello there,
    Do you want to disable images on single post/page? The same image you use in the slider or featured content will be used in single post/page.

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    Thanks,
    I dont have that CSS code installed right now but it removes the top SLIDER IMAGE –
    the HERO CONTENT and the FEATURED CONTENT – h2 header titles.
    What I’m trying to remove is the h2 PAGE TITLE that says “HOME” at the very bottom.
    Home page is the “FRONT PAGE” in the homepage settings…

    @staticdive: Hello Bob,
    I checked your site and I see grey patch on the side of the images and not under the image.

    I suggest you to use the recommended images size on the slider.

    Let me know if this resolves your issue.
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    @juli3n: Hello there,
    Can you please try using post/page type in the Featured Slider instead of Custom type and see if the translation works?

    Kind Regards,

    @cox-chuckgmail-com: Hello there,
    Your WordPress Address URL and Site Address URL were not matching that is why an error was showing up in the customizer.

    I checked your customizer and the Featured Slider options seems to be showing up fine.
    Please check and let me know if the issue is resolved.

    Kind Regards,
    Skandha

    If I could work out how to delete this post, I would. I have solved my problem – I was trying to use my posts in the featured slider, but I have not set any featured images. Once I created some, it works fine.

    I have a similar problem with a feature of this theme.

    I use “featured slider” on front page, and unfortunately there is no option to translate this… I’m a bit surprised.

    Any solution?

    @sinoseps: Hello there,
    To have moving images like in the demo you will need to use the Featured Slider section
    Go to => Appearance => Customize => Featured Slider => Slider Options => Select Slider Type and Add some posts with featured images.

    The demo is made using the pro version of the theme so some features you see in the demo will not be available in the free version you are using.

    Let me know what changes you would like to be made.
    Kind Regards,
    Skandha
